     Arun Keepanasseril is the project manager in charge of renewing Canadian Hemophilia Assessment and Resource Management System (CHARMS). He completed his undergraduate (1998) and post-graduate (2002)training in dentistry from Rajiv Gandhi university of health sciences, Bangalore, India, Masters degree in e-Health from McMaster university (2012). He is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems - Canada (CPHIMS-CA). An active member of several organizations including COACH (Canada’s health informatics association), he also serves as reviewer for many e-health journals.

     Aicha earned her Doctorate of Medicine from Abidjan University Medical School (Ivory Coast) in 2002. She served at the National Blood Transfusion Service of her home country, Ivory Coast from 2002 to 2004 in a variety of roles including Consultant Physician and Biologist Assistant. She was involved in the recruitment and screening of volunteer blood donors and the counselling of patients with sickle cell disease and hemophilia.

     In 2006, Aicha graduated from Laval University in Quebec with a Master of Science in Epidemiology. She served as an Epidemiologist Associate with Hema-Quebec, Quebec from September 2005 to June 2006.

     Aicha was hired by the McMaster Transfusion Research Program in November 2006 as a Research Assistant then promoted to an epidemiologist position. In this position she has incorporated her multi facet skills working on projects involving research design, data validation and analysis, giving oral presentations at national and international meetings and has been involved in developing project reports and manuscript.

     In 2009, Aicha was hired as the Epidemiologist/Data Analyst of CHARMS (Canadian Hemophilia Assessment & Resource Management System) national database (CentrePoint) owned by AHCDC. Aicha has presented CHARMS data at national and international meetings/conferences and published in scientific journals.

     Aicha is fluent in both English and French.
